Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Abroad. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for overseeing interior design projects, including space planning, creating innovative designs, preparing construction drawings, and coordinating furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selections. The role involves collaboration with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality designs that meet project requirements and client expectations. Responsibilities also include ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design with attention to functionality and aesthetics
- Knowledge and experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Skills in selecting and specifying FF&E to match design concepts and project requirements
- Excellent project management, time-management, and organizational abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration
- Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Previous experience in a senior design role, preferably in a leadership capacity
