Role Description
Good pitching Skills.
Must have Client conversion experience.
Should have sound knowledge about standard materials and costings in the Interiors industry.
Should be thorough with all designing tools and should have quick hands on all 2D and 3D.
Should be able to understand client's requirements and do the designing as required.
Candidate should also have knowledge about material sizes and dimensions.
Candidate should be able to handle a team of 5-6 people.
Good communication skills with clients.
Minimum 3 years or above.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments
- Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings to develop accurate and detailed project plans
- Strong project management and leadership skills to guide teams and deliver design projects on schedule
- Exceptional client communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
