Job summary
We are seeking a highly creative and detail- oriented senior interior designer to lead and manage design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibility , client-handling skills, and the ability to oversee execution teams to ensure high – quality delivery.
Key responsibilities
Lead end -to-end interior design projects { residential \ commercial}
1. Develop creative concepts & design presentation
2. Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.
3. Manage vendors , constructors , and site execution teams.
4. Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation aligns with plans.
5. Handle material selection , budgeting , and project timelines.
6. Review and approve designs , drawings and BOQs.
7. Mentor junior designers and guide the design team .
Required skills & qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in interior design & architecture.
2. Proficiency in design software [ AutoCAD & sketchup].
3. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture design .
4. Excellent communication and client management ability.
Preferred skills
1. Experience in luxury or high – end residential\ commercial projects.
2. Knowledge of site execution and vendor management.
3. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneousl
