Role Description
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion. The role involves developing innovative design solutions, space planning and ensuring timely project execution while maintaining quality standards. The candidate will also guide junior designers, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay updated with industry trends to deliver functional and aesthetically appealing spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design concepts aligned with client needs and brand identity
- Develop layouts, materials, lighting, and overall spatial planning
- Manage multiple projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain project documentation
- Mentor junior designers and encourage a collaborative work culture
- Stay updated with design trends and apply innovative ideas
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Proven experience handling projects end-to-end
- Portfolio showcasing diverse design work
