Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer based in Hyderabad. The Senior Interior Designer will oversee the design, planning, and execution of interior spaces, working closely with clients, architects, and contractors. Responsibilities include space planning, creating construction drawings, curating FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and ensuring aesthetic and functional design elements are met. The role also involves managing projects from design through completion, supervising junior designers, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to craft functional and visually appealing layouts
- Strong knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to support technical design execution
- Experience in curating FF&E with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and client preferences
- Ability to manage projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with design standards
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide junior design team members
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other rendering related tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in interior design or architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
