Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Interior Designer based in Hyderabad. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading end-to-end interior design projects, including concept development, space planning, creating construction drawings, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and ensuring project alignment with client visions. They will collaborate closely with the design team, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project execution meets Aurenza's high standards. Additionally, the role involves providing guidance to junior designers and delivering exceptional results within project timelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetic environments
- Strong knowledge of Architecture and experience with Construction Drawings
- Proficiency in FF&E sourcing and selection, ensuring quality and harmony in materials
- Excellent project management and leadership skills to oversee and guide design teams
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and trends is an added advantage
