Role Description
The Senior Interior Designer will lead and collaborate on the design and execution of high-end residential and commercial interior projects. Responsibilities include creating detailed space plans, developing design concepts, sourcing materials, preparing construction drawings, and overseeing project timelines. The role also involves guiding clients through the design process, managing FF&E specifications, and collaborating closely with architects and contractors. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, ensuring functional and aesthetic spaces
- Strong knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate designs into executable projects
- Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and procurement
- Excellent project management skills, including timeline coordination and resource allocation
- Strong communication and client relationship management abilities
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Previous experience in managing high-end residential or commercial design projects
