Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong experience in premium and luxury interior projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent design aesthetics, technical knowledge, and the ability to transform spaces into functional, elegant, and modern environments.
The candidate will be responsible for handling projects from conceptualization to execution while ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and presentations for client approvals.
- Work on luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, and high-end interior projects.
- Create furniture layouts, ceiling plans, lighting plans, and material selection boards.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, consultants, and execution teams.
- Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements effectively.
- Visit project sites regularly to ensure smooth execution and design accuracy.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within quality and budget standards.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements as per project theme.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Skills:- Strong design sense and creative visualization ability.
- Excellent knowledge of space planning and interior detailing.
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3Ds Max / V-Ray
- Photoshop
- Revit (preferred)
- Strong coordination and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Candidate Profile:- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Experience in luxury and premium projects will be preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed interior projects.
- Passionate about design innovation and execution excellence.
