Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer located in Goa, India. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for managing interior architecture projects, overseeing space planning, and delivering bespoke design solutions from concept to execution. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, creating construction drawings, sourcing FF&E, and collaborating with the in-house team to ensure seamless integration of design elements. The role demands a combination of leadership, creativity, and technical expertise to achieve high-quality outcomes aligned with the firm's vision.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, with an eye for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
- Strong skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to ensure seamless design execution.
- Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) design, selection, and sourcing.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage projects from ideation to completion.
- Knowledge of local and international interior design trends and standards.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Previous experience in luxury residential or hospitality design in a similar role is an advantage.
