Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior workplace Designer. The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, including conceptualizing and executing innovative designs, managing space planning, creating detailed construction drawings, collaborating with architects, and selecting FF&E (furnishings, fixtures, and equipment). The role also involves working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects while maintaining design integrity. Strong leadership and project management responsibilities are central to the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design, coupled with a strong understanding of functional workplace solutions.
- Strong architectural knowledge and ability to create and execute detailed Construction Drawings to meet project requirements.
- Experience in FF&E selection, including material selection, furniture coordination, and other interior elements essential to design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop,Revit, or other similar tools, with 3D visualization skills being a plus.
- Exceptional project management and leadership abilities to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience with large-scale workplace design projects is highly desirable.
