Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Maharashtra, India, for a Senior Interior Designer. The role involves leading interior design projects, including space planning, creating construction drawings, and managing FF&E selection. The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to create innovative and functional design solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, ensuring design quality, and meeting client requirements while adhering to budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design principles (Corporate office exp is must)
- Strong understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specification
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to oversee timelines and budgets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is an advantage
