- Meet and consult with clients to understand their lifestyle, space, design preferences, and project requirements.
- Design customized modular kitchens, wardrobes, and storage solutions that combine aesthetics with functionality.
- Prepare concept layouts, 2D/3D designs, BOQs, quotations, and project cost estimations.
- Deliver impactful design presentations and confidently explain layouts, materials, finishes, pricing, and value propositions.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and space assessment to ensure accurate planning and execution.
- Coordinate with customers throughout the sales journey, addressing queries and providing the best possible solutions.
- Negotiate commercial proposals and convert design discussions into confirmed orders.
- Work closely with the installation and execution teams to ensure a seamless customer experience after booking.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate referrals, repeat business, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Required Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Designing, Architecture, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, residential interiors, furniture, or interior sales.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 2D/3D design software.
- Strong understanding of space planning, BOQ preparation, quotations, and design presentations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and convert opportunities into business.
- Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
