Job Title: Senior Integration Engineer
Location: India (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months
Required Skills
• Proficienct in Python (3.12)
• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless services: Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, Step Functions, S3, SQS
• Experience developing and maintaining Python-based microservices
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Understanding of Confluent Kafka, including event streaming concepts
• Experience with Datadog for monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, and event-driven architecture
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and support scalable integration solutions using Python microservices
• Build and manage serverless workflows using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, S3, SQS and Step Functions
• Implement event-driven integrations leveraging Confluent Kafka
• Create and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform
Ensure system observability, performance, and reliability using Datadog
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and production issues effectively
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define and implement integration solutions
• Promote best practices related to security, scalability, and maintainability
