Senior Integration Engineer | Platform Engineering
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to help build and evolve enterprise-scale integration capabilities within a modern Azure-based Platform Engineering organization.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex integration challenges while influencing technical standards, architecture, and engineering adoption across a large technology landscape. You'll play a key role in developing reusable platform capabilities that empower engineering teams to build, scale, and innovate more effectively.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and develop scalable integration platforms and services.
- Lead the implementation and evolution of GraphQL capabilities across the organization.
- Build event-driven solutions using Kafka and streaming technologies.
- Develop GraphQL and REST APIs consumed by multiple engineering teams.
- Contribute to platform architecture, governance, and engineering standards.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities through documentation, enablement, and technical leadership.
- Partner with developers and engineering teams to improve platform usability and developer experience.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Backend Engineering, or Integration Engineering.
- Strong GraphQL architecture and implementation experience.
- Deep understanding of Kafka and event streaming technologies.
- Experience building enterprise API and integration platforms.
- Strong Azure platform experience.
- Experience defining standards and driving technology adoption across engineering organizations.
