Job Title: Integration Architect (MuleSoft)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Integration Architect with strong expertise in MuleSoft to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in middleware technologies, API-led architecture, and enterprise integration patterns, along with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions using MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform / CloudHub)
- Define API-led architecture and implement API-first design principles
- Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and technical integration architecture
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient integration solutions
- Lead the implementation of distributed, multi-tier integration systems
- Ensure high availability through clustering, failover, and load balancing strategies
- Define and enforce best practices for MuleSoft development and governance
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub
- Review code, manage pull requests, and resolve merge conflicts
- Monitor integration solutions using tools like Splunk
- Support integration with enterprise systems, CMS tools, and external applications
- Mentor and guide development teams on MuleSoft architecture and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile and Waterfall environments
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Middleware / Integration technologies
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft architecture and development
- Strong expertise in Mule ESB, Anypoint Platform, and CloudHub
- Experience with API design (REST, SOAP) and API management
- Solid understanding of Messaging systems (JMS)
- Strong knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML)
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, Maven, Jenkins (CI/CD)
- Experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and Web Services
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud and on-premise integrations
- Strong understanding of integration lifecycle and methodologies
- Experience handling multiple data formats (XML, JSON, Flat files)
Good to Have
- Experience with high availability architecture (clustering, failover, DR)
- Knowledge of CMS integrations and content migration
- Exposure to enterprise monitoring tools (Splunk or similar)
