Role Overview
We're seeking a talented Manager, Instructional Designer with 4.5 - 6 years of experience to lead the creation of innovative, learner-focused training solutions in our fast-paced, AI-driven environment. You'll analyse client needs, design engaging content, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact learning experiences that drive business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and fully understand client requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Write content tailored to learner needs, characteristics, and preferences—ensuring it's clear, concise, grammatically perfect, and engaging.
- Develop detailed instructional designs, including macro and micro strategies, effective content outlines, and storyboards.
- Create training content across formats: eLearning modules, Instructor-Led Training (ILTs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and more.
- Simplify complex topics into easy-to-comprehend materials for end-users.
- Summarize key information into crisp newsletters, articles, or infographics.
- Develop innovative storylines and narratives to convey business information dynamically.
- Partner with Graphic Designers and Programmers to integrate corporate branding, visuals, and interactivity.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4.5 - 6 years of proven experience in core Instructional Design (ID) practices and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Strong attention to detail with a knack for precision in content and design.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with:
- Lectora
- Adobe Captivate
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.
