Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Video Content Specialist with strong Instructional Design experience in product/software applications. You will lead end-to-end video production and create impactful learning content that simplifies complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production – planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production
- Design and develop instructional video content for:
- Software applications
- Product features and releases
- Process and workflow training
- System simulations and user guides
- Apply Instructional Design methodologies to create engaging, user-centric learning experiences
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to understand features and translate them into easy-to-understand visual content
- Ensure high-quality audio, visuals, and graphics tailored to different audiences and platforms
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively
- Continuously improve content through feedback and performance insights
🧠 Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in video production + instructional design for software/products
- Strong understanding of Instructional Design principles (ADDIE, storytelling, learner engagement, etc.)
- Experience in creating product training, software tutorials, or digital learning content
