Role Description
This full-time Senior Inside Sales Representative role is an on-site position based in the Pune District. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales, generating and qualifying leads, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and managing client accounts. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, providing solutions to meet client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams will be an essential part of this role to align sales efforts with business priorities and strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Account Management, including nurturing and growing client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Prior experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a targeted and results-oriented environment
