Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Inside Sales Manager - (US B2C- WFO). The Senior Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving inside sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying and generating leads, managing client accounts, and meeting sales targets. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, leading sales strategies, and collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales, Sales, and meeting sales targets
- Strong abilities in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and managing client relationships
- Solid background in Account Management, including maintaining and growing accounts
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales systems
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the training or education industry is an advantage
