We are looking for a Senior International Inside Sales Specialist to drive global outreach and opportunity development across advanced technology solutions deployed in healthcare, laboratory sciences, biotechnology, and digital health environments. This is a B2B consultative inside sales role focused on engaging stakeholders across the USA, Canada, Europe, and India. The role involves initiating structured outbound conversations, understanding operational workflows, qualifying opportunities, and supporting long-cycle international sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging technical decision-makers, navigating cross-border markets, and building a disciplined pipeline in complex solution-based environments.

The focus is on workflow improvement, automation adoption, and digital transformation within institutional and enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound international outreach across USA, Canada, Europe, and India
- Engage laboratories, healthcare providers, research institutions, distributors, and OEM partners
- Understand customer workflows, infrastructure readiness, and operational challenges
- Qualify opportunities based on technical fit and commercial potential
- Communicate solution relevance at a workflow and value level
- Convert outreach into structured, trackable opportunities
- Schedule discovery calls and coordinate internal technical team involvement
- Identify and initiate distributor or channel partner conversations
- Maintain disciplined CRM tracking including lead stage, engagement notes, and follow-ups
Required Knowledge
- Familiarity with laboratory, healthcare, or institutional environments
- Understanding of automation-driven workflow improvement
- Awareness of digital platforms and AI-enabled solutions
- Ability to interpret operational use cases in structured discussions
Experience
- 5–8 years in international inside sales or consultative B2B selling
- Experience working with customers in USA, Canada, Europe, or India
- Background in healthcare technology, life sciences, enterprise software, or technical product sales preferred
- Experience handling long-cycle or multi-stakeholder sales
