Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Senior Inside Sales Manager. The Senior Inside Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales representatives, develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, and drive business growth. Daily responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, nurturing client relationships, monitoring sales performance metrics, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Experience in CRM software and pipeline management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for sales improvement
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Proficiency in devising and executing sales strategies
- Familiarity with EdTech or technical training industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is preferred but not required
