Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive student enrolments for our online learning programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, counselling prospective learners, and converting them into successful admissions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities- Reach out to prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp based on assigned leads
- Counsel students on courses, career opportunities, and program benefits
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to enrolment
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding
- Address queries related to courses, fees, and admission processes
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with students
