Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an AWS multi-account architecture using AWS Organizations
- Design and implement centralized AWS networking using AWS Transit Gateway
- Work with Route 53 public and private hosted zones
- Build and operate Amazon ECS on EC2 infrastructure
- Implement Observability for containerised workloads
- Execute software upgrades
- Security, Monitoring & Incident Management
- Crafting continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Improving our build and release tooling and processes.
- Bringing new automation technologies to improve the velocity and quality of our engineering efforts
- Debug complex AWS networking and container issues
Qualifications:
- 6-9 years in managing all infrastructure as code by defining desired state
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and architecture specifically around AWS Organization and multi account setup
- Strong understanding of AWS networking
- Strong hands on experience with Amazon ECS, EC2 and ASG
- Strong knowledge of Docker and containerized applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of DevOps methodologies, Cloud Engineering/Operations and associated processes.
- Hands-on experience in DevOps tooling like Jenkins, Git
Must have:
Knowledge and working experience in -
- 5+ years in AWS
- 4+ years in Terraform/Cloudformation
- 4+ years in CI/CD
- 4+ years in Linux
- 3+ years in Configuration management tools (Puppet/Ansible)
- 2+ years in Containerization
