Responsibilities :
* Lead installation, configuration, and support of access control systems and custom software
* Provide L2/L3 technical support for critical issues and escalations
* Manage integrations with HRMS and other enterprise systems and the custom software.
* Work on systems based on Nedap and Invixium products
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and integration-related issues
* Manage and support Windows Server environments
* Configure and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases
* Write and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting
* Support load balancer environments and high-availability systems
* Monitor system health, performance, and uptime
* Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
* Maintain detailed technical documentation and reports
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Support / Field Engineering
- Strong experience in ELV systems, especially access control
- Hands-on experience in:
- - Access control system deployment and support
- - HRMS integrations
- Visitor Management, Time & Attendance, and Parking systems
- Proven experience with Nedap and/or Invixium solutions
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments
- Experience in Microsoft SQL Server configuration and management
- Good knowledge of SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, UPDATE, etc.)
- Experience working in load-balanced / high-availability environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, or related field
- Experience in oil & gas or large enterprise environments.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, firewall, ports, VPN)
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices and system hardening

- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Good communication and stakeholder handling skills
- Ability to manage critical incidents under pressure
- Leadership mindset with ability to guide junior engineers
- Willingness to travel to site locations
