What will your challenge be
- Ensure the smooth operation, security, and scalability of the office's IT infrastructure.
- Support employees and field offices with reliable systems and technical assistance.
What will you do Day-to-Day
- Manage and maintainoffice hardware and software includingcomputers, servers, networks, printers, and communication systems.
- Prepare equipment for new hires and renovations and resolve hardware issues.
- Manage user rolesand permissions.
- Handle hardware and software acquisition based on businessneeds.
- Provide end-user assistance via the ticketingsystem.
- Deploy new technologies per Global IT Management (e.g., showroom installations, development environments).
- Implement and maintaininformation security solutions including firewalls, antivirus, and backup systems.
- Manage projectmanagement and collaboration tools such as Jira, Zoom, Confluence, Bitbucket.
- Provide technical supportand troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, CI/CD).
- Monitor upgrades and security backups.
- Manage crisis situations involving complex technicalproblems.
- Support field officeIT staff with troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Perform network configuration assessments and implement upgrades.
- Implement and monitorbackup procedures.
- Support the definition and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
What are we looking for in you
- At least 8+ years of experience in IT roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven ability to manage IT systems locally and remotely.
- Experience planning and executing technology projects and implementations.
- Strong management skills with experience handling multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in people management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, CI/CD.
- Professional certification in systems engineering and administration.
