Lutron’s Gurgaon team is looking for a technically driven Senior IT Representative to join our growing IT function. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and supporting global users, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
• Provide L2 support for IT & Help Desk issues (remote + in-person)
• Troubleshoot hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, VC equipment)
• Resolve issues across Windows OS, Office 365, mobile devices & VC tools
• Manage and close tickets using strong diagnostic skills
• Support installation, configuration & maintenance of IT assets
• Collaborate with global IT teams on escalations
• Maintain IT inventory and lifecycle (setup to decommissioning)
• Create documentation & drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor team members and contribute to team effectiveness
Qualification:
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support / infrastructure
• Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (60%+ preferred)
• Strong knowledge of OS, networking & PC hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with IT infrastructure & support environments
• Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong customer-first mindset
