About the Role
ITVAN Tech is seeking a Senior PMO Lead for a full-time position supporting a strategic engagement with Horizon Group Holdings (HGH), a multi-brand home services organization. This is a critical, senior-level role responsible for driving structure, discipline, and visibility across a large, fast-moving IT and Digital transformation portfolio spanning website modernization, Voice AI, data engineering, cybersecurity, and ServiceTitan operations. The successful candidate will operate as a trusted right hand to IT leadership, capable of independently owning multiple concurrent initiatives with minimal oversight.
This is not a passive coordination role. We are looking for a doer — a dynamic, hands-on individual who takes ownership, drives outcomes, and pushes work forward rather than simply tracking status. The role involves direct, regular interaction with the customer's CXO-level leadership, so exceptional executive presence, and outstanding management and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently drive and coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across IT and Digital initiatives, without requiring close supervision.
• Own the end-to-end PMO cadence: weekly ELT/SLT status reporting, RAID logs, Go/No-Go readiness tracking, and executive-ready decks and trackers.
• Translate inputs from multiple technical leads (Web/IT, CX, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, ServiceTitan COE) into structured, consolidated deliverables for senior leadership.
• Apply strong Agile/Scrum practices to plan, track, and report on sprint and release-level progress across cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks, gaps, and blockers proactively and escalate with clear, actionable recommendations rather than waiting to be asked.
• Maintain document hierarchy discipline — distinguishing authoritative source plans from contributor-level inputs — to avoid miscommunication with leadership.
• Manage and evolve Excel-based tracking tools (accountability trackers, spend/value trackers) using live, formula-driven models rather than static data.
• Partner directly with US-based stakeholders, vendors, and executive sponsors, representing the PMO function with professionalism and independent judgment.
• Work directly with the customer's CXO / executive leadership on a regular basis — communicating with clarity, confidence, and command of the details.
• Act as a hands-on driver of outcomes, not just a tracker of status — chasing down blockers, pushing decisions to closure, and directly rolling up sleeves where needed.
Required Qualifications
• 8-12+ years of experience in IT Program/Project Management or PMO roles, ideally supporting multi-brand or multi-workstream enterprise environments.
• Strong, demonstrated knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and release planning.
• Proven ability to independently drive multiple initiatives simultaneously, with minimal hand-holding.
• Prior hands-on experience working directly with US-based clients or stakeholders.
• Ability to drive work and own workstreams directly with US customers independently.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formula-driven trackers, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (executive-level decks).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex, messy inputs into clear leadership-ready output.
• Immediate joiner — must be available to start without a notice period.
• Must be able to work EST (US East Coast) hours with full overlap against US business hours.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with and presenting to CXO-level / executive stakeholders.
• A proactive, dynamic, execution-first mindset — comfortable operating as a doer who drives things to closure, not a passive project coordinator.
• Exceptional management and interpersonal communication skills, with the gravitas to operate credibly in front of senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile/PM certification.
• Prior experience in home services, field services, or multi-brand retail/franchise environments.
• Exposure to ServiceTitan, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar platforms used in enterprise field-service technology stacks.
Tools & Platforms
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint/Teams
• Azure DevOps or Jira for Agile tracking
• Exposure to ServiceTitan, Snowflake, Power BI a plus
