Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager, based in Abroad. The role involves leading and managing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, managing risks, and addressing challenges efficiently. The candidate will also ensure projects meet quality standards while maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Program Management and Project Planning skills to define objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Proficiency in Information Technology systems and processes, ensuring effective use of tools and resources
- Analytical Skills to assess project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Proven experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
