Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Information Technology Manager.
In this role, you will oversee the organization's IT infrastructure which includes managing IT networks, SAP and ensure its efficient and secure operation. Responsibilities include managing IT staff, implementing and maintaining IT systems, ensuring data security, and developing strategies to improve IT operations and providing support to business units for their daily functions. You will also monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and integrate new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and support business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration
- Experience with data security, compliance, and risk management practices
- Proficiency in IT project management, SAP Hana, and team leadership
- Problem-solving abilities and knowledge of troubleshooting IT systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role
- Familiarity with industry innovations, like Industrial IoT (IIoT) and advanced technological solutions, is a plus
