Senior Manager – Information Technology
📍 Hyderabad
We are building a technology-driven organization focused on operational excellence, scalability, automation, and business transformation across every function.
Technology plays a critical role in enabling execution efficiency, collaboration, data visibility, security, and decision-making across the organization. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a strong IT leader who can drive infrastructure reliability, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and enterprise-wide technology enablement.
As Senior Manager – Information Technology, you will lead the organization’s IT strategy, infrastructure, operations, and digital transformation initiatives while building scalable systems that support long-term business growth.

You Will Be the Go-To Person For (Key Responsibilities)
1. IT Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the organization’s IT roadmap aligned with business growth and digital transformation goals
- Collaborate with leadership teams to identify technology needs and implement scalable digital solutions
- Oversee IT governance, data privacy, cybersecurity policies, and business continuity frameworks
- Drive innovation through evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies
- Align technology investments with operational efficiency and long-term business priorities
2. Infrastructure & Operations Management
- Manage and maintain reliable IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud platforms, communication systems, and endpoints
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security across enterprise systems
- Oversee lifecycle management of hardware and software assets
- Implement and monitor disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity mechanisms
- Drive infrastructure standardization and operational excellence across locations
3. Digital Transformation & Automation
- Lead implementation of ERP, HRMS, workflow automation, and enterprise collaboration tools
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and technology enablement
- Drive adoption of AI-driven tools, cloud technologies, and digital productivity platforms
- Promote data analytics and reporting systems for business decision-making
- Build scalable systems supporting future organizational growth and transformation initiatives
4. Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, partners, and managed service providers
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and licensing agreements for cost-effective outcomes
- Prepare and manage IT budgets aligned with strategic business priorities
- Evaluate and onboard technology partners and platforms aligned with organizational goals
5. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing IT team
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Set clear goals, monitor team performance, and drive capability development
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration between IT and business teams

Are You the One We Need? (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
- 12+ years of overall experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in infrastructure management, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
- Experience implementing ERP, HRMS, workflow automation, or enterprise transformation projects
- Hands-on experience with collaboration tools and AI-driven automation solutions
- Strong understanding of IT governance, enterprise infrastructure, and data security frameworks
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, technology budgets, and enterprise systems
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
