Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end integrations using Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC across both on-premise and cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain point-to-point integrations, application integrations, and enterprise data integrations between multiple systems.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions, providing technical recommendations for scalable integration solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica-based integration environments handling business-critical workloads.
- Investigate incidents and defects, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.
- Troubleshoot production issues including performance bottlenecks, data failures, scheduling conflicts, and dependency issues.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational stability, and reliability of integration platforms.
- Implement controlled changes across configuration, design, and code to support evolving business requirements.
- Support integration platform upgrades, migration initiatives, and modernization programs.
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and internal teams to understand integration needs and operational challenges.
- Translate business requirements into scalable integration architecture and implementation plans.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Senior Informatica Integration Developer profile (Enterprise Integration Platforms)
- Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 6+ years of experience working with Informatica-based integration platforms in enterprise environments, with strong exposure to large-scale integration implementations.
- Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, including development and maintenance of enterprise-grade integration workflows in production environments.
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) with specific sub-services: CDI, CAI, or DSS (not just generic IDMC)
- Mandatory (Experience 4) – Proven experience delivering data integrations, application integrations, and system-to-system integrations across multiple enterprise systems.
- Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have strong experience supporting production integration systems, including L2/L3 production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have strong understanding of integration patterns, data flows, scheduling dependencies, and enterprise integration architecture principles.
- Mandatory (Experience 7) – Experience troubleshooting performance issues, data failures, workflow scheduling issues, and integration platform stability in high-volume production environments.
- Mandatory (Education) – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Preferred (Experience 1) – Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with production-critical workloads and strict SLA requirements.
- Preferred (Experience 2) – Exposure to integration platform upgrades, migration initiatives, or modernization programs involving Informatica platforms.
- Preferred (Collaboration) – Prior experience working directly with client stakeholders and distributed/global engineering teams.
- Preferred (Work Environment) – Comfortable collaborating with US-based teams and supporting overlap with PST working hours when required.
