Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Creator Management
- Strong network of Influencers, Creators & Talent Agencies
- End-to-end influencer campaign management
- Influencer sourcing, shortlisting & outreach
- Strong negotiation & commercial skills
- Experience handling brand collaborations & partnerships
- Campaign budgeting, execution & performance tracking
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube & creator trends
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, clients & creators simultaneously
- Team handling and leadership experience preferred
