Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to lead influencer initiatives across our portfolio of brands—Beardhood, Sotrue, and Djokr. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, excellent relationship-building skills, and a track record of executing high-impact campaigns. This role will own the influencer marketing function and collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and brand teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies for all APPL brands
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and run targeted influencer campaigns aligned with brand and product goals
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning, creative briefs, and approvals
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights for optimization
• Stay current with influencer marketing trends, content formats, and platform changes
• Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment of deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Maintain an influencer database and implement performance evaluation frameworks
Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in D2C or personal care brands
• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling influencer programs
• Strong understanding of content marketing, creator trends, and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the grooming, beauty, or lifestyle space is a plus
