- Identify and onboard relevant influencers across nano and micro tiers on Instagram and YouTube assessing engagement rate, audience fit, and content quality to build a consistent and brand-aligned creator pipeline
- Manage collaborations at a time handling outreach, follow-ups, briefing, content review, and publishing coordination to ensure campaigns go live on time and on brief
- Write clear creator briefs that communicate campaign goals, key talking points, visual references, and disclosure requirements — while giving creators enough creative freedom to produce authentic, platform-native content
- Support whitelisting and partnership ad setup for top-performing influencer content on Meta coordinating with the media team to boost creatives that show strong organic engagement signals
- Track campaign performance across reach, engagement, link clicks, and promo code usage — compiling weekly reports and flagging key learnings to help optimise future creator selection and briefing
- Assist in building and maintaining long-term creator relationships through timely communication, feedback, and gifting initiatives — contributing to a growing roster of go-to creators across relevant categories
