We are looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented Industrial Designer with 4–5 years of experience to work on complex physical products where form, usability, and user interaction converge.
This role requires someone who can independently drive design programs from concept to production-ready execution, with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and perceived quality. You will be expected to make informed design decisions, balance creativity with engineering constraints, and contribute to building cohesive product experiences.
Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

⸻
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design development from early concept through to production-ready definition
Translate user insights and research into structured design directions and solutions
Create and refine 2D sketches, 3D CAD models, and Class-A/production-feasible surfaces
Define product architecture, proportions, and consistent design language across components
Contribute to interaction design for physical–digital interfaces (displays, controls, feedback systems)
Collaborate closely with engineering, CMF, and research teams to ensure design feasibility and coherence
Drive design validation through prototyping, testing, and iteration
Ensure alignment with manufacturing processes, tolerances, and cost constraints
Prepare and deliver clear design narratives, reviews, and stakeholder presentations
Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews and critique culture
Continuously improve products through usability refinement and perceived quality enhancements

Materials, manufacturing processes, and tooling constraints
Ergonomics and usability principles
Engineering integration and feasibility considerations
Experience working on products taken through to production or near-production stages
Exposure to interaction/interface design for physical products
Ability to handle ambiguity, structure problem statements, and drive clarity
Strong communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills
