Job Title: Senior Implementation Specialist – Manufacturing DomainExperience: 7–8 YearsLocation: On-site (Delhi) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist with a strong background in the manufacturing domain. The candidate will be responsible for deploying and managing SaaS-based solutions on shop floors, ensuring seamless integration with client operations, and driving successful adoption.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand end-to-end manufacturing processes including production planning, inventory management, quality control, and shopfloor operations
- Lead implementation of SaaS solutions at client sites across manufacturing units
- Gather and analyze client requirements and map them to product capabilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Support) for smooth deployment
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients during implementation and post-go-live support
- Conduct training sessions for client teams and ensure user adoption
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution
- Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and client requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience in manufacturing operations / industrial engineering / production or related domain
- Experience in SaaS implementation, preferably in manufacturing or industrial software
- Strong understanding of shopfloor processes, MES, ERP integrations
- Excellent client handling and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site with clients and manage multiple stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking
