🚀 We’re Hiring | Project Manager – Implementation
📍 Pune (Work from Office) | 🕒 Full-time | 👨 💼 7+ Years Experience
At ProductDossier Solutions (Kytes), we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager – Implementation to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software solutions (ERP, CRM, SaaS).
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Own analytics engagements end-to-end for enterprise accounts — discovery to delivery
- Primary analytics contact for key customers; run workshops and present to CXOs and Ops Heads
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and iterative solutions
- Align analytics priorities across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales
- Translate customer analytics gaps into product roadmap inputs
- Identify analytics-led upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales and CS
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Data Analysts and BI Developers
- Set goals, run 1:1s, manage delivery bandwidth, and build team capability
- Define quality standards, documentation practices, and team processes
- Own the analytics roadmap — dashboard frameworks, data modelling, and advanced analytics
- Ensure Power BI delivery is performant, scalable, and enterprise-grade
- Drive adoption of predictive analytics and forecasting across platform and customer deliverables
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and governance across all outputs
- Personally build complex Power BI dashboards and prototype analytical approaches
- Write SQL, build models, and derive insights independently from raw datasets
- Stay sharp as a hands-on practitioner — this role expects active doing, not just managing
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in ERP/CRM/SaaS implementations
- Hands-on exposure to tools like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar
- Solid understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel & reporting
- Experience working with international clients
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Bonus Skills
- Experience in SaaS product implementations
- Knowledge of SDLC & Agile methodologies
- PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications
