Description
Join a high-growth environment where you wont just follow a playbookyoull build it. Working closely with the founders, you will own the technical backbone of customer onboarding, translating complex billing requirements into precise configurations, data migrations, and automated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Implementation : Configure end-to-end billing logic, pricing models, and metering; write JavaScript/Python scripts for data transformation and ETL.
- Product Coordination : Partner with Engineering/Product teams to troubleshoot edge cases and provide technical feedback for product improvements.
- Onboarding & Validation : Lead technical pilots, debug API flows/data ingestion, and ensure implementation aligns with customer outcomes.
- Documentation : Create runbooks, technical notes, and configuration references to scale the onboarding process.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience : 4+ years in Technical Implementation or Solutions Engineering within B2B SaaS (Global/US markets).
Technical Mastery
- Proficient in Python/JavaScript for automation and data migration.
- Expertise in APIs (REST), webhooks, and debugging JSON payloads.
- Strong SQL (PostgreSQL) and data modeling skills.
- Project Ownership : Proven track record of managing enterprise onboarding from kickoff to go-live, including complex data integrations and reconciliations.
- Background : B.Tech in Computer Science OR 1+ year of early-career Software Development experience.
- Bonus : Experience in FinTech, BillingTech, or subscription management platforms.
