At ZingHR, we are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant who can drive successful HCM software implementations and ensure seamless onboarding for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ZingHR solutions for enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements and map them to product capabilities.
- Configure the ZingHR platform based on business requirements and best practices.
- Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with product, support, and technical teams to resolve implementation challenges.
- Ensure successful client onboarding, adoption, and project closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in HRMS / HCM software implementation or consulting.
- Strong understanding of HR processes such as payroll, attendance, leave management, onboarding, and performance management.
- Experience managing multiple client implementations simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with HR tech platforms or SaaS products.
- Prior experience in client-facing implementation or consulting roles.
