VIAVIFA Global Immigration Services is seeking a detail-orientated and experienced Immigration Documentation Processing Consultant to manage end-to-end visa documentation and client coordination. The role requires strong knowledge of international immigration processes, document compliance, and embassy submissions.
You will be responsible for handling client files from initial assessment through visa submission, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete immigration documentation processing for various countries, including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Denmark, and European nations.
- Manage client communication and provide professional guidance throughout the immigration process.
- Review, verify, and organise client documentation to ensure compliance with visa requirements.
- Prepare and submit applications to embassies, consulates, and relevant assessment authorities.
- Coordinate document collection and ensure timely submissions.
- Monitor application progress and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with immigration policies, procedures, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and case tracking systems.
- Ensure high standards of service quality and attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration documentation processing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of visa processes and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with accuracy.
- Process-orientated mindset with strong follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in documentation review and compliance procedures.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling multi-country immigration applications.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end immigration lifecycle from assessment to visa grant.
- Customer service-focused approach.
Compensation:
₹240,000 – ₹360,000 per year (based on experience and skills)
