Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations and assess clients' immigration eligibility.
- Explain immigration pathways, visa options, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified leads.
- Build long-term relationships by providing accurate and ethical guidance.
- Coordinate with the documentation team throughout the application process.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely client communication.
- Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Senior Immigration Consultant:
- 2+ years of experience in immigration consulting, preferably Australia, Canada, or Germany.
- Strong knowledge of immigration programs and eligibility criteria.
- Excellent communication, sales, and counseling skills.
- Ability to independently handle client consultations.
- Experience using CRM tools is an advantage.
Sales Consultant (Fresher):
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales, counseling, and customer service.
- Willingness to learn immigration laws and processes.
- Training will be provided.
