โข Own the complete consultation lifecycle โ from first interaction to documentation handover and closure
โข Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients through consultative selling and credibility-based counselling
โข Maintain detailed client records, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking in CRM systems
โข Coordinate closely with documentation, processing, and visa filing teams for smooth case progression
โข Mentor junior counsellors and support team performance where required
โข Stay updated on policy changes, program updates, and regulatory frameworks across countries
โข Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

โข 3โ6 years of experience in immigration consulting, overseas education, or global mobility services
โข Strong knowledge of PR pathways, study visa processes, and work permit programs
โข Excellent communication, persuasion, and client handling skills
โข Proven track record of target achievement in a counselling or sales-driven environment
โข High ethical standards and compliance-oriented approach
