Senior IAM Engineer in our office in Bangalore,India
As a Senior IAM Analyst you will be responsible for designing, automating, and governing identity and access management across enterprise systems to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable identity lifecycle management. This role owns IAM platforms, integrations, and access governance controls across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows for identity lifecycle events, access provisioning, and deprovisioning
- Integrate IAM and IGA platforms with HR systems, ticketing tools, and enterprise applications
- Manage joiner/mover/leaver processes across AD, Entra ID, and applications
- Implement and enforce least privilege, role-based access control (RBAC), and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies
- Support access reviews, audits, and compliance requirements
- Administer SSO, MFA, and federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
- Manage privileged access using PAM solutions
- Troubleshoot complex access and authentication issues
- Manually grant and revoke access by substituting other IAM team members when required for cases that cannot be handled through automation.
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years IAM or cybersecurity experience with IAM focus
- Strong hands on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, and MFA
- Proven experience building IAM automation using platforms such as Entra ID Governance, Okta Workflows, or similar
- PAM experience (CyberArk, Azure PIM , Delinia preferred)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices
Technical & Automation Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, Microsoft Entra ID Governance)
- Strong focus on IAM automation, including provisioning workflows, access reviews, and role lifecycle automation
- Scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, or Logic Apps / Power Automate
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with HR systems, ServiceNow, SAP, and cloud platforms
- Knowledge of Zero Trust identity principles and modern access security architectures
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
