Senior Identity Engineer - IAM & CIAM 馃搷 Hyderabad, India (on-site) | Full-time
We're hiring on behalf of a major enterprise client building out their identity engineering function.
This is a hands-on engineering role, you'll be designing and delivering secure, scalable identity infrastructure across both workforce and customer-facing platforms, operating within a modern Zero Trust security model with no day-to-day operational support responsibilities.
You'll work across the full identity stack, from authentication and authorisation flows to access governance and lifecycle management, collaborating with global stakeholders to shape how identity is built and integrated across the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Architect and deliver Workforce IAM and CIAM capabilities across multiple enterprise identity platforms
- Engineer authentication and authorisation solutions using modern identity protocols
- Drive identity lifecycle management and access governance across the organisation
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs, scripting, and custom development
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to translate security requirements into scalable identity solutions
- Operate in an AI-first engineering environment with a focus on innovation and automation

What we're looking for
- 8+ years of hands-on IAM and/or CIAM engineering experience
- Deep practical expertise with Okta, Auth0, OAG, and Microsoft Entra ID
- Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM in production environments
- Development or integration experience, APIs, scripting, or programming (any language)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to own complex identity challenges
- Comfortable working and communicating across global, cross-functional teams
- Willing to relocate to or already based in Hyderabad, India
