Role Purpose
Owns test strategy and quality assurance across IAM/IGA delivery, scaling to cover regression, performance testing and major UAT cycles as volume increases.
Key Responsibilities
- Test strategy, test-case quality, defect triage, regression coverage
- UAT facilitation and defect triage support
- Develop comprehensive test cases covering functional and integration scenarios
- Facilitate user acceptance testing with business stakeholders and document results
Key Skills & Experience Requirements
- Test case development and UAT coordination experience
- Experience in application integration or IGA/identity management testing
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of Saviynt (or comparable IGA platform) application onboarding configuration
- Familiarity with regression testing and performance/load testing practices
Preferred Qualifications
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification
- Experience with agile methodologies
Soft Skills
- Attention to detail, problem-solving orientation
- Clear defect reporting and communication with delivery and BA teams
