Role Description
This is a full-time remote Senior Human Resources Specialist role. The successful candidate will oversee HR functions, including designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling personnel management, and providing HR management leadership. They will collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure employee welfare, compliance with labor regulations, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources and HR Management, including workforce planning and organizational development
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to ensure compliance and effective employee support
- Skills in Personnel Management to handle recruitment, employee relations, and talent development
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency with HR software tools and comfort working in a technology-driven environment
- Capability to work independently in a fully remote role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus
