Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Senior Human Resources Specialist. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding. The specialist will design, implement, and update HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee benefits and payroll inputs, resolving HR-related queries, supporting workforce planning, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and systems. The position also requires collaboration with leadership to support talent development, compliance, and a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to oversee comprehensive HR operations.
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and updating HR Policies that comply with local labor laws and organizational standards.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including compensation structures, leave management, and related processes.
- Experience in Personnel Management, including performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, with strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS tools, data reporting, and compliance documentation.
- Background in healthcare or technology-driven organizations is beneficial.
