Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Specialist, located in its central office in Saket, New Delhi. The role involves designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, retention, progressive practices for staff wellbeing and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position also includes advising on HR management strategies, supporting talent acquisition & engagement initiatives.
Senior HR Specialist is expected to be a strategic partner in managing "Human Capital" and driving excellence across their multiple campuses.

Qualifications & Experience
Post-Graduate Specialization: An MBA in HR or a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) together with Professional certifications like SHRM-CP/SCP or SPHR.
Experience: Usually 10+ years of core HR with at least 5+ years in a senior or lead role, preferably within a large educational society or a reputed K-12 school chain.
Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with CBSE and IB (PYP/DP) staffing norms is desirable.
Core Competencies & Skills
Recruitment Track Record: Proven experience in high-volume teacher recruitment, academic leadership hiring.
Statutory Compliance: Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws, Provident Fund (PF), ESI, and Gratuity regulations specific to educational institutions.
Performance Management: Ability to design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both academic and non-teaching staff.
Digital Proficiency: Experience with School ERP systems and HRMS software for payroll and attendance tracking.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills are required to act as a bridge between the and the teaching staff.
