- Maintain HRMS and accurate employee records (contracts, leaves, attendance, etc.).
- Support internal and statutory audits and manage all reporting needs.
4. Culture, Engagement & Retention
- Be a cultural custodian—drive employee engagement, wellness programs, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Be the go-to person for grievance handling, conflict resolution, and team morale.
- Lead communication, team events, and internal branding efforts to foster inclusion and belonging.
5. Generalist Hustle & Strategic Partnership
- Take ownership of office operations, vendor management, and internal workflows.
- Support leadership with strategic people insights to drive organizational scaling.
- Be hands-on, self-driven, and ready to experiment in a high-energy startup setup.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist or Business Partner roles.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Payroll, and Blue-Collar HR Operations.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment is highly preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws, wage regulations, and HR compliance norms.
- Excellent people skills—empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
- A builder mindset—comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in ambiguity.
