Beauty Garage is looking for an experienced and dynamic recruitment professional to join our growing team!
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience Required: 4–6 Years
🏢 Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Beauty / FMCG
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
Hiring from junior to managerial levels across departments
Recruitment of blue-collar & white-collar employees
Bulk & niche hiring with timely closures
Candidate sourcing, screening & offer negotiation
Portal handling – paid & unpaid job postings
Managing hiring through Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS portals, Naukri, Apna, & Job Hai, etc.
Factory labour category sourcing will be an added advantage
Stakeholder coordination and manpower planning
Employee engagement activities & HR support
Vendor coordination and recruitment MIS management
Maintaining employee and recruitment data records
Tracking data accuracy, reports, and updates
End-to-end housekeeping staff coordination
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Thorough knowledge of job portals and recruitment platforms
Excellent sourcing and screening expertise
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, result-oriented mindset
Strong organizational and coordination skills
